I've taken a few steps forward and risks [again, after my many surgeries this year] in the world to learn new things in many areas mainly Computer - Bible - Missions - Fellowship. {that should cover life - lol}. Main Goal: so I can continue to reach out, help, support, love & carry God's Word in hopes to make a difference, one person at a time, in this beautiful world God created for us and WE have really messed up along the way... WE are responsible for cleaning up our messes. With that said, please SEE many of my prayers & personal compassions I've listed below.
First, I ask this, "please Pray for all God's children out there who are suffering so terrible from lack of COMPASSION, WATER, NUTRITION and LOVE" (just to name a few) ~ things many take for granted! There are so many children dieing DAILY it's hard to even comprehend...

Whether it be through providing WELLS for CLEAN WATER, means for families to adopt through showHope, or one of the many other mission projects {there's over 1,000 charities listed just on the net.}
About showHope: Not only did Steven Curtis and Mary Beth Chapman along with their children {and others not listed here} start showHope, they've also built & OPENED Maria's Big House of Hope this year in China so as to give many children of special needs HOPE! Please do watch the video and then check out their sites. The videos they have posted are well worth watching! And if you dig a bit deeper into their blogs, you'll find they have amazing stories of their life experiences, it's incredible the amount of "inspiration" & "honesty" these people are! Not only that they've GIVEN so much of themselves to others without asking for anything in return accept PRAYER! {No, I'm not advertising for them either, in fact I've never met them}...

CompassionArt is a spot where you can buy a CD/DVD/BOOK that was created by a number of musicians who are full of Compassion. The music is AWESOME and ALL the sales go toward those struggling in Poverty. Please Pray for people to become aware of this site and find the means to buy or spread the word.
How can WE give? So often I hear, "I can't afford to give anything" or "I'll put it in next months budget" or my fav. "I'll add it to my To Do list." And don't get around to doing anything!
Let me tell you a story ~ I'd been "thinking" about going through clothes & donating since I cannot have a rummage sale where I live & I have far way more than I need/want or fit into anymore. {Yes, I've had some for a LONG time! Some I never even wore.} Anyway, a family wrote about wanting clothes as a way to save money to adopt. I got that 'warm fuzzy feeling', one gets when you KNOW it's the Lord speaking. After contemplating a way of delivery, I decided this is something I could do & would love to do. I sent an email off informing them of my intentions so they'd not be too overwhelmed with boxes & it gave them a chance to respond on the articles I had to offer {& committment on my part}. Within, a cpl days I was on my way to the post office with boxes :-) Little did I know, I was SURPRISED to find my funds had depleated down BEFORE postage! However, I was able to get the money for shipping. How I'll make it thru the rest of the month with no gas to continue serving the Lord I did not know but fearlessly I KNEW God would provide...
I took a small collection of coins in, cashed them out... $20.10! Wow, Thank You God!!! =) I went about on my way to the church & upon arriving was handed a check *LOL* for a bk I'd ordered but had to return for the font was too small. So you SEE, even your loose coins will add up AND God will provide! Keep faith in the Lord in all you do.
Did you know there's a FREE, SIMPLE , QUICK way to give??? It's through PRAYER! Do you believe in Jesus??? He DIED on the cross to give US a life in Eternity!!! How are you helping others?
We can Spread the Word to the non-believers. We can 'volunteer' to help a local, community, state, national or even international event. We can 'reach out' to our neighbor with a plate of food. [I'm tickled when Mom asks me over.] WE as individuals can put OUR heads and hearts together in UNITY and give HOPE to HIS PEOPLE !
~Now, granted, I do enjoy driving to the park & relaxing but hey, about sitting out my back door for an afternoon instead!~
Shane Board is a singer/songwriter/actor who works hard to raise money with his talents God gave him. In turn he gives 100% to find a CURE for DIABETES. He could really use sponsors & prayers to get his album out to the world. This year I witness my Aunt die because of this disease & it not only happens to Adults!
[I've also had this deadly disease for over 2yrs, it's NOT fun!]
